2b) Window in preschool room had blinds with inner cords were capable of forming a loop 2c) Printer on floor with cord in preschool room and basket of headphones with cords in preschool room were capable of forming a loop. 3a) Handrails leading to outside area need to be sanded and painted to remove splinter hazard, rusty metal spikes in licensed outdoor area accessible to children. 3c) Rocking chair legs in infant room was capable of being a crushing and pinching hazard 3e) Unraveled hose in licensed area and exposed rhododendron roots in garden beds were capable of being a tripping hazard 3f) Cubbies in preschool room were not secured to wall and teal shelf in older toddler room was not secured to wall and capable of tipping.
